i have to say, we crammed a lot of stuff into the 4 days here was here. im an awesome tour guide! here's the unabridged list:
- burgers at in and out
- long walk along the bay in emeryville
- climbing at berkeley ironworks
- ocean beach
- golden gate park
- drive through haight-ashbury (no fucking parking anywhere)
- japanese tea garden
- white sox vs giants (picture below)
- climbing at goat rock (near jenner)
- mount davidson cross
- lombard street
- fisherman's wharf (where i got super rock star parking)
- ghiradelli square
- golden gate bridge/crissy field area
- tampa bay vs oakland game (e-love bought me a rally elephant)

it was a great trip and we had a great time. i wish joe crede that fucking played the game at AT&T park we went too, but that fact was almost made up by the fact we witnessed frank thomas' first 2 HRs since returning to oakland. while we had timed the trip around the white sox-giants series, the oakland game ended up being more exciting.
and i learned some things too. the neighborhood of laguna honda is impossible to navigate, the goat rock area looks like ireland, and tony's on highway 1 near point reyes has sucky overpriced food.
glad i learned all this for e-love's next trip out here. hopefully he doesnt wait another 30 years to make it out here.
